In the Window is FrameWorks Studio & Gallery's rotating mini-exhibition space. We are currently featuring the work of artist, Joseph Opshinsky. Opshinsky manipulates cut paper to transform the traditionally muted palette of the post-industrial Northeastern Pennsylvania landscape into vibrant images celebrating these oft-forgotten scenes.
