Artist & Gallery Agreement

FrameWorks Studio & Gallery will take all professional measures in the care and handling of your artwork, but assumes no specific liability in any case of damage. FrameWorks reserves the right to not display any piece it deems unsuitable at its discretion. The terms of this agreement apply to the length of the show listed above. The undersigned acknowledges that all work shall be retrieved at the artist’s expense within 30 days of either the end of the show or notification of non-acceptance and that any artwork not picked up after 30 days of notice will become the property of FrameWorks Studio & Gallery. The standard consignment fee of 40% will be added to the artist’s listed sales price and collected by FrameWorks upon sale. Artists must pick up their consignment checks within 30 days after the show ends. Artwork may be photographed and used to promote the show on the FWS Gallery website and/or blog; if artwork is posted, artists will receive credit.
